In this comprehensive lecture series, we will explore the pivotal role of Intestinal Ultrasound (IUS) in the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal disorders. Our distinguished speakers will guide you through the foundational techniques and interpretations of IUS with Yoon-Kyo An, offering insights into its basic applications. Shintaro Sagami will then demonstrate how IUS can be utilized to assess treatment responses in ulcerative colitis, providing a window into patient progress. The series will conclude with Noa Krugliak Cleveland's examination of IUS in the dynamic landscape of small bowel Crohn's disease, highlighting its impact on clinical decisions. This session promises to equip attendees with the knowledge to implement IUS effectively in their practice.

This is an intensive hands-on training session where the theoretical knowledge of Intestinal Ultrasound (IUS) meets practical application. Led by a team of five acclaimed instructors, this course will provide a deep dive into the nuances of IUS. Participants will have the unique opportunity to practice under the guidance of experts. This immersive experience is designed to refine your skills and enhance your confidence in using IUS for improved patient outcomes.

This education workshop will offer valuable tips for beginners. In this case-based session, tips for optimal selection of biologics and treat-to-target strategies in IBD will be reviewed. In addition, technical advice for colorectal polyp removal and endoscopic submucosal dissection will be discussed. This session will be helpful in the development of daily practice.

The Junior Upgrade Mentoring Program (JUMP) is a program to train young medical scientists and has been implemented since 2015. JUMP is the signature program of the Korean Association of the Study of Intestinal Diseases (KASID), which has received praise from overseas medical scholars. The JUMP session will feature these junior researchers and discuss what they have prepared and researched. For the growth and development of young medical scientists, we hope that many of you will participate in the JUMP session and a lively discussion.
