Guidelines for Plenary/Oral Presentation (NOT Invited Speaker)

The following are guidelines to help prepare your oral presentation.
(Detailed session schedules will be sent by e-mail in mid-March with presentation guidelines.)

1. Presentation File Format

File format	Microsoft PowerPoint
Screen ratio	16:9
Font	Use basic fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, etc.

2. Equipment

A monitor, mouse and smart pointer will be provided on the podium for speakers.
* No keyboard on the podium
For the convenience of speakers, we will provide a slide note function so that you can see the script in the PPT which you prepared.
The use of personal laptops and Macs in the session room is not recommended.
* If you wish to present with your own laptop (IBM or Mac), please visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled session.
* If you use your own Macintosh with our beam projector, we ask to bring your Mac RGB Connector as we don’t provide any devices for Macintosh.

3. Presentation File Submission

Please visit the Preview Room at least 1 hour before your scheduled presentation and bring your presentation file(s) on a USB memory stick.
Presentation slides should be prepared as an MS PowerPoint file 2003, 2007 or 2010, 2013 versions. If you have any other types of presentation files, please inform our Preview Room staff in advance.
If your file contains audio or video, please inform our staff and check it with the system in advance.

Guidelines for Poster Oral Presentation & Poster Exhibition

Posters (Poster Oral Presentation & Poster Exhibition) will only be accepted in e-poster format (not a printed poster format) in advance by March 22 (Fri.), 2024, according to the guidelines.

1. Poster Session Operating Hours

Submitted poster files will be displayed during the congress.

April 12 (Fri): Poster Viewing at Studio 8-9 on 6F (next to the Kit Desk)
April 13 (Sat): Poster Viewing and Poster Oral Presentation in Room C (Studios 1~3) on 6F
* Poster Oral Session: April 13 (Sat), 13:55-15:15

[Poster Oral Presentation]

All poster oral presenters are required to stand in front of their poster topic booths and present their presentation (10 min. = 7 min. presentation + 3 min. Q&A) at the designated (allocated) time.
Allocated presentation times have been informed to each presenter by email.

2. Submission Deadline: March 22 (Fri.), 2024

3. Poster File Format

Format	All posters (Poster Oral Presentation and Poster Exhibition) must be prepared in English. Posters will only be accepted in MS-PPT or PPTX format (.ppt or .pptx) only. Version: MS-PowerPoint (2007 or newer version) Screen Ration: 16:9 (including 4:3; other ratios will not be accepted)
Page Limit	Maximum of 8 slides (Including title and COI slides)
Recommended Headings	First slide: Title & authors’ information From second slide: COI (Conflict of interest statement) & Contents (Background/Aims, Methods, Results, Conclusions…)
Font	Use basic fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, etc.
Media & Multimedia	Pictures, graphs and tables can be included on the Poster. Video and audio will not be supported.

4. How to submit the poster file

File name	Poster Code_Presenter Name (i.e. PO1-1_Gildong Hong) * Poster codes have been informed to each presenter by email.
